Documenting this time of life is not something we take lightly
Whatever previous experience you've had with photographers, let's throw those away! We are going to do things differently. We will laugh and cry and make memories - no stiff or boring poses here! It is our top priority to document this time of your life in a way that transports you back to these moments. We can't wait to create with you!
The Experience
01. GET TO KNOW YOU CALL
After your inquiry, we will reach out within 24 hours to set up a time to meet up for a coffee date or have a Facetime call! There is no pressure to have any answers, just a time to get to know each other! These are usually about 30 minutes and we discuss all things wedding and YOU. We want to get to know you and get the ball rolling for all the amazing art we will create together!
02. CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE
Whether you are interested in a travel wedding, an intimate elopement, a full on wedding or somewhere in between, we will find the best fit for you! We'll figure out all the details and you can choose any add on's you'd like. We will send over a contract and payment plan. Once your deposit is paid, you are locked in and we are ready to go! We will then communicate dates and times for sessions preceding the wedding.
03. PLANNING
Chances are you've never done this before! No worries, we're here for you the entire way! We have seen what works and doesn't, have tips and tricks and timeline guides, we will scout and plan all locations, and connect you with all our resources to help planning be as stress-free as possible!
04. WEDDING DAY
Now that everything is taken care of, your job is to relax and soak up everything you've been planning and waiting for! We are there from beginning to end, capturing everything along the way!
05. DELIVERY
Within 48 hours Emery will send over some photo sneak peeks cause we know it's so hard to wait! Then 2-4 weeks after your big day, you will receive your full, private gallery to share with all your friends and family! You can also order prints and get started on your album right away from our in-gallery print shop so you can continue re-living this day from your coffee table :')
FAQ
Are travel expenses included in your packages?
No, we have an additional flat rate of $50 if your wedding is in Utah and outside of Salt Lake County. $2000 if it is within the United States. International rates will be assessed on a case-by-case basis since they fluctuate by country and season. Any money that is leftover will be refunded back to you.
How many images are included?
You can expect around 40 to 50 images per hour of your event. If you choose to add on film, you get 15-30 images per session and if you choose polaroids, you get 10 per session.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
There is no fee for rescheduling! We know life just happens sometimes. If you find out you have a scheduling conflict, please message us asap.
There is no refund of the initial deposit, though it can be put towards future services.
What are your turnaround times?
2-4 weeks for photos and 4-6 weeks for video. We strive to get your wedding back to you as soon as possible - we know how hard it is to wait!
How long will our wedding video be?
Videos are usually 3-5 minutes in length! If you add on super 8 or book us for extra days, it can be up to 8 minutes.
Can we customize what we receive?
Absolutely! Everyone couple is different so we are happy to customize to your specific needs. We encourage our couples to do your wedding your way so we want to make it possible to do exactly that with your photo and video!
